Perl Can't locate Proc Simple.pm in @INC

This Post Come from a Troubleshooting of a Shutter Bug on Opensuse Linux.

The Issue Treated here is About the Error Manifested by: "Can't locate Proc/Simple.pm in @INC".

1. Open a Terminal Window
2. Check perl is Installed

   which perl

3. Login as SuperUser

   su

4. Start the CPAN Console

   cpan

5. Install the Proc::Simple CPAN Module

   > install Proc::Simple
